WIGMORE ASSET REPLACEMENT
The heat pump environmental conditioning system installed in the 25,000m² complex has operated successfully for over 20 years. Our Client recognising the potential end of life instigated a phased programme of plant replacement. Dunwoody were instructed to manage the process and through plant selection deliver an improved performance from the existing infrastructure.
MARKS & SPENCER BLUEWATER GENERATOR REPLACEMENT
Our Client recognising the asset was coming towards its end of life expectancy and reduced reliability, commissioned Dunwoody Management to manage the process from tender and procurement, through to site mobilisation, handover and record documentation.
MARKS & SPENCER WORCESTER
The modernisation and extension of the existing high street store increasing sales footage from 400m² to 7000m².
• A complete store asset survey was undertaken where data was collected through visual inspection and on-site O&M information.
• Research was required to establish the life expectancies for all associated plant installed to Marks & Spencer Specification.
ASSET MANAGEMENT AND CONDITION ASSESSMENT:
An asset survey and condition assessment for St Michaels Hospital including 5 large patient centres within Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Trust. A condition analysis of all existing mechanical, electrical plant and building fabric was completed where all plant was graded according to condition.
A detailed strategy for asset replacement was developed for the Client for replacement of plant over the next 10 years. The new asset register formed part of the new maintenance contractor PPM regime.
