A new development of private and affordable apartments in a 60 unit, 2 and 3 bedroom, six storey building. Dunwoody LLP produced recommendations and reports to support the 10% renewable requirements, and assess the options for the heating of the flats. We analysed the particular energy strategies that could be employed.
A development of 32 prestigious homes, each designed to present a unique offer of accommodation and services. Dunwoody LLP were commissioned to design an energy efficient and occupier friendly service solutions for all services. The solutions specified security and lighting control elements and energy management control of the heating installations.
A new development of 134 apartments and a 5000m² retail unit designed to achieve level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM Very Good. The development offers a mix of two bedroom apartments and Housing Association one and two bedroom units.
ROYAL STAR AND GARTER SURBITON
The new residential home for Royal Star & Garter provides accommodation for 60 disabled ex-service personnel. The facility provides full on site catering and laundry services, physiotherapy and activity spaces, hair salon, management facilities together with accommodation rooms, dining and lounge facilities. The home was opened by HRH Princess Alexandra in recognition of the importance of the facility and the work undertaken by the charity.
The development represented a substantial project in the Woking area and offered 75 social housing apartments, along with the 225 one and two bedroom private apartments all distributed across the 17 storey building.
