The Practice was formed in 1954 and the foundations laid down were to provide innovative design, quality service and response to the needs of our clients. Since that time we have successfully developed and still maintain long term relationships with our clients to the extent, that one of our first clients in 1954 remains a client to this day.
Over the last sixty eight years, there have been substantial changes within our industry and the Practice has expanded its skills to provide for the changes in the construction process and the buildings we service.
The role of the modern consulting engineer is getting broader and more varied. This demand on professional Practices comes from both legislation and the increase in society’s expectations of the quality of the environment in which we operate, and the impact on the environment created by our activity. The range of skills within the Practice continues to grow to satisfy these demands.
We are continually improving our skills, technical support and capabilities to enable us to grow with our clients. The strong ties we have with our construction industry partners over many years and projects is the key to maintaining our successful growth in the future. It is our policy to commit senior key staff to all projects to ensure continuity so that we embrace the needs of our clients and their aspirations. We recognise that to go forward for the next sixty five years, we must continue to evolve.
Our relationship with project teams is based on co-operation, not conflict; upon achievement, not excuses and innovation not stagnation. To best serve our clients, we focus on skill development and growth to ensure we continually maintain our quality service.
We have worked with a wide range of clients from many different sectors of UK and overseas businesses. Our clients range from milk manufacturers to individual house owners. Data centres to high street retail to housing developers to select a few.
