Bidder Street Data Centre - Planning Approval
It’s fantastic to announce that unanimous approval was given by The London Borough of Newham to the new 80MW Hyperscale Data Centre on Bidder Street, Newham.

Phase 3 Symmetry Park Biggleswade
On the back of considerable demand for the net zero carbon in construction second phase of development, Tritax is bringing forward Phase 3 of Symmetry Park Biggleswade.

Further development planned for Symmetry Park Biggleswade
DLLP have been announced as members of the project team. TSL have been granted detailed planning permission for the third phase of Symmetry Park, Biggleswade, totalling 927,000 sq ft of highly sustainable logistics space. The first two phases, offering a total of 1.24m sq ft, are fully occupied.

Symmetry Park Biggleswade
Dunwoody continue working with TSL. On the back of considerable demand for PII at Symmetry Park Biggleswade, where all four buildings are now fully let prior to PC, Tritax have submitted a detailed planning application for 930,000 sq ft of highly sustainable logistics space.

Symmetry Park Oxford
DLLP have been announced as members of the project team on the latest Tritax Symmetry-Siemens Healthineers collaboration. TSL have submitted a planning application to Cherwell District Council for a new cutting-edge, 56,000 sq m combined research, development and production facility in Oxfordshire which would provide superconducting magnets used in MRI systems.

Symmetry Park Aston Clinton reaches completion
First phase of construction has been completed at Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton in Aylesbury. Three high-quality units comprising 56,034 sq ft, 83,831 sq ft and 112,148 sq ft have been built by A&H Construction. Located alongside the A41 17 minutes from Junction 20 of the M25 Motorway, the Aston Clinton site totals 700,000 sq ft on over 46 acres.
