We have been working with sineQN on Project Coleman for the last few years and it’s fantastic to announce that unanimous approval was given by The London Borough of Newham to the new 80MW Hyperscale Data Centre on Bidder Street, Newham.

The Data Centre will be one of the largest in the UK.

Focussing on sustainability and public realm, the 80MW development will reuse or recycle 95% waste and has the potential to be a heat source for thousands of homes. It will also boost East London regeneration and the start of a new digital quarter in the Cody Triangle.

Construction is set to begin in 2025 with an opening date of 2027.
